Fair WARNING!!!! DO NOT BUY a used car from this thieving car dealership. I purchased a BMW from this dealership and... was given a false CARFAX. Please do your homework and match the VIN numbers with the car fax they give you or better yet, get your own CARFAX. I went to trade the car in at a legit dealership and was given the correct CARFAX where I found out this car was in 2 accidents! Why in the world would I ever spend $32,000 on a used car that was in 2 accidents! I would be ever! Please stay away from these soulless salesmen who have no morals and take advantage of innocent people to make a dollar.read more

The team at NE car connection went above and beyond. They bent over backwards to get me a great deal. They even... communicated with me via phone as I was stuck at work for most of the process and have a special needs child at home which prevents me going to the dealership in person at times. This place has been one of the most helpful and honest dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Aaron, Gary, and Patrick all... help me out with my purchase of my Nissan 370Z. They told me I will walk out with the car and I honestly didn’t believe them. I listened to them as they argued with banks to get me a fair interest rate for almost 2 hours. When it came time to sign all of the paperwork, they carefully explained what every signature was for and made sure I knew what I was signing for. This is the place to be when looking to purchase a car and I’m looking forward to sending friends and family there in the future!read more

After a few months of nothing but problems looking for a car, I finally found one of the best dealerships to do... business with. I met with two salesman Adam and Aaron. Both professional and friendly. I had a car I was looking into and they made sure to make my buying experience joyful and stress free.Once the deal was working its way into a buy I dealt with finance manager Brian. He worked and got me approved and managed to lower my monthly by $90.00 from his original proposal.Northeast Car Connection is the place to go. I am absolutely blown away by the service I received at Northeast Car Connection. Whilst perusing the internet for a... better car, I found THE ONE at Northeast Car Connection. I quickly called to gather information and I must say the service Adam provided from start to finish was beyond phenomenal. During our numerous phone calls, texts and emails over the next few days Adam always made me feel like a valued customer, never once making me feel rushed nor inferior. Despite initial trepidations Adam assured me I would not leave his dealership without a deal. I decided to make the four hour trip (one way) and I can say with 100% certainty I would make another four hour trip to Northeast Car Connection without hesitation just for Adam's superior customer service. Upon arrival, Adam met me outside quickly and before you know it I was test driving the car of my dreams. Less than 2 hours later I was driving home in my dream car! The whole interaction between Adam and I was highly satisfactory. Northeast Car Connect and Adam offer fair prices, timely interactions and the best customer service in the business on lightly used cars.
